This scope mount covers many issues regarding built in
elevation adjustment so you do not run out of internal scope adjustment
shooting at longer distances.
When shooting closer you set the scope mount to 0
MOA (no MOA adjustment).
Shooting out at longer distances, you can dial
in elevation adjustments roughly using the 20 MOA and 30 MOA settings.
This
is all accomplished by removing the pin and moving it to
the hole with the desired MOA setting.
This can be accomplished in seconds.
Then
you fine tune your point of impact using your rifle scope elevation
adjustments.
This is also very valuable in keeping the cross hairs, or
red dot, centered in the tube and on the lens.
